General Warranty

​

Justhangit is proud of the quality of our products sold. All products are tested thoroughly to ensure they are fully capable of being used for which they were designed.

Always take care when using your Justhangit product to ensure that it provides you with a lifetime of service. Our standard warranty on our laundry lines is 2 years from the date of purchase. A 10-year warranty is offered on all powder-coating.

Ownership and Risks

​

Please be attentive that once the product passes to you upon delivery or purchase, the ownership and risk of the product is also passed to you (the customer). We advise checking to ensure your product is undamaged when received.

Products not sold by Justhangit

​

We can provide the service to repair or alter products not sold by Justhangit upon request. 

 

General Returns Policy

What if you have purchased online products from Justhangit that you are not entirely satisfied with?

You may return the full price merchandise if you are not satisfied with what you have received, by notifying Justhangit within 7 days of receiving your order. You may choose a credit note of equal value or a full cash refund (excluding shipping and handling charges).

When are you not able to receive a full refund?

If the items return is lodged after the stated 7-day period from date of receipt of purchase, ​Justhangit reserves the right to refuse to refund the product if the product shows signs of damage due to abuse or not in its original packaging.
